Poseidon

Ok, so I saw this movie the other day and I thought that it sets the benchmark for Hollywood Films. I loved the technique of using a mix of CGI and Real Visual Effects. My Favourite scene was of couse when the Poseidon Capzizes.

A Massive Cruise ship is sailing along the Ocean. One night there is a New Years Party in many places throughout the Ship. The Ball is very formal, with acts from Furgie (Lead Woman singer from The Black Eyed Peas). Suddenly a Siren sounds, telling everyone to prepare for Immideate and Lethal Rolling. People are Running, People are Screaming. A Rouge Wave is heading to the ship from the West. It's a Massive wave the is a few stories high. The ship is hit and then Capzizes. Some of the people in the ballroom have survived and are waiting to be rescued. They think if they can survive the ship rolling over, they can survive for another few hours till' they are rescued. A small group relises that the ship is not built to stay upside-down. They try to get to the bottom (whitch is up now) to be rescued. They are faced with things like pools of Fire and Water flooding the ship.

The windows in the ballroom start to crack, suddenly the whole ballroom floods. The small group got out and say the Poseidon sink.

This is a great movie. ****
