
C.S. Lewis is the World-Wide famous Author who wrote The Chronicles of Narnia. The books have been translated into various languages and the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe has been made into a movie by Disney Pictures and Walden Media. The books are to be read in this order:
1 The Magician's Nephew
2 The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe
3 The Horse and his Boy
4 Prince Caspian
5 The Voyage of Dawn Treader
6 The silver Chair
7 The Last Battle
But these books were released differently.
The Movies :
The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe
This Movie was released by Disney Pictures and Walden Media. It has about 3000 special effects. It is about the Four Pevensie children who live with their Mum in London. Their Dad has been sent off to fight in the war. The opening sequence is the Enemy Planes flying over London dropping bombs. The four children and their Mum rush to the bomb shelter outside. But one of the children, Edmund, remembers about a photo of their Dad which was left in the house. That was the only Memory of their Dad so he runs inside and trys to get it. One of the Eldest, Peter runs inside after him shouting "Get back into the bomb Shelter". They both get inside and Edmund gets the picture. A bomb goes off near them and they Collapse. They run back into the bomb shelter and Peter says "How could you be so selfish". You see Edmund is the Selfish one who upsets the rest.
The next morning Peter, Edmund, Susan and Lucy (The four children) get send off in a train to the country to be safe from the war.
In the rest of the movie Lucy finds a spare wardrobe and goes inside. She finds a world named Narnia and then all the Children's lives get turned upside down.

The Price Caspian:
The Prince Caspian is the Sequel to The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe and might be called Prince Caspian: Return to Narnia. It is about the Pevensie Children who return to Narnia. A year has passed in normal years but it has been 1000 years in Narnia. Susan gives Prince Caspian her horn that she got from Father Christmas. This movie is expected to have more battle sequences and Bigger and Better Special Effects, with a bigger and better Aslan and better Fictional Characters. It is expected to be released in Summer 2008.
